Questions about eM Client licences
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time licence?
A subscription renews yearly and always runs the latest version. A one-time licence covers the current major version for good; add lifetime upgrades to get every future major version.
How many licences do I need?
Business licences are per device: one for each computer that runs eM Client. On terminal servers, licences are per user.
Do I need a new licence for a new computer?
No. Deactivate the licence on the old device and activate it on the new one.
Can we try it first?
Yes. eM Client has a full-featured 30-day free trial, and we can help you set it up.
Is the AI Add-on included?
Yes with the Business subscription. One-time licences do not include it, but it can be added separately.
Do the mobile apps need a licence?
No. The iOS and Android apps are free.
Which currency and VAT apply?
Prices are in USD excluding VAT. AED and QAR amounts are shown for reference. 5% VAT is added at checkout for UAE billing addresses.
