How it works
From request to done
1. Send your request
Email contact@almouallem.com or use the Client Portal, with the page and what should change.
2. We acknowledge it
Within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+4), with the expected delivery date.
3. We deliver
Standard requests in 3 to 5 business days, or 1 to 2 on Priority, counted from our acknowledgement.
4. Hours are tracked
Work counts in 15-minute steps against your monthly hours. We tell you before a request goes over.
Extra hours
$95 per hour, quoted and approved before we start.
Emergencies
$150 per hour ($120 on Priority), confirmed with you first.
Bigger projects
Redesigns and new features get their own quote and schedule. Request a quote.
