Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of almouallem.com (the "website") and to every order, quote and service you buy from us. Please read them before you place an order. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you accept them.

1. Who we are

The website is run by Al Mouallem Corporations ("we", "us", "our"), an IT consulting company based in the United Arab Emirates and registered there for VAT. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page.

"You" means the person using the website or buying from us, and, if you buy on behalf of a company, that company too. You confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. How these Terms fit with other agreements

Most of our services start with a requirement survey, after which we agree the scope, timeline and price with you in a written proposal, statement of work or quote (a "Proposal"). If a Proposal or another signed agreement with you says something different from these Terms, the Proposal or agreement wins for that project. Products made by other companies, such as eM Client licences, also come with the maker's own licence terms (see section 7).

3. Using the website

  • You may browse the website and use its content for your own information. Copying, republishing or selling our content, logos or images needs our written permission.
  • Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break in, overload it, bypass our security checks (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), send spam through our forms, or collect data from it with automated tools.
  • Information on the website, including the FAQ and the package price builder, is general guidance. It is not a binding offer until we confirm an order or Proposal.
  • We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

4. Accounts and the Client Portal

You can buy as a guest or create an account. Clients may also be given access to our Client Portal for documents, invoices and project details. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that is misused or that breaks these Terms.

5. Orders, quotes and services

  • Placing an order. When you place an order on the website, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a price was shown in error or a product is no longer available. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
  • "From" prices. Service prices on the website (Consultation, Cloud, Hosting, AI & Automation and others) are starting prices. Your first payment covers the consultation and requirement survey. Any further work is priced and agreed in a Proposal before it begins.
  • Priority delivery. If you choose Priority delivery, we start your work ahead of the normal queue for the surcharge shown at the time (currently 20%).
  • Managed support. Monthly managed support runs from month to month and is billed in advance unless your Proposal says otherwise. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).
  • What we need from you. Timely answers, accurate information, the access and admin rights we need, and any licences or subscriptions for third-party systems you ask us to work on. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups before we make changes to your systems. Delays caused by missing information or access can move the timeline.
  • Order updates on Telegram. If you link Telegram from My Account or your order confirmation page, we send you short updates about your orders (payment received, work started, target date changes, order completed, refund made) through our Telegram bot. It is optional and we never use it for marketing. Telegram's own terms apply, and a message can arrive late or not at all, so the order emails remain the official record. To stop the updates, send /stop to the bot or choose "Unlink Telegram" in My Account.
  • Progress and target dates. Once your payment is confirmed and our team is assigned, we tell you by email (and on Telegram if you linked it), and you can follow your project's progress and target date on your order page in My Account. Target dates are our best estimate. If one has to move, we tell you the new date.
  • Quotes. A quote is valid until the date it shows. Prices are as quoted, plus VAT calculated at checkout from your billing country, and paying a quote means you accept its scope and these Terms. Payment is 100% in advance unless a payment plan is agreed with you in writing on the quote page; changed payment terms apply only once you accept them there.
  • Additional work. If your project needs more than you ordered, we agree it with you first and then send you a request for additional work on your order. Nothing is charged unless you accept the request and pay it on our website (VAT is added at checkout). You can also decline it.
  • Changes in scope. If you want to add to or change the agreed work, we will confirm the effect on price and timeline in writing before we do it.

6. Prices, VAT and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD), and you are always charged in USD. For visitors from Gulf countries, the website also shows prices in the local currency (AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR) for reference only. The pegged currencies use their official fixed rates, and the Kuwaiti dinar uses a reference rate updated daily. PayPal or your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate.
  • Prices exclude VAT. UAE VAT at 5% is added at checkout for UAE billing addresses, and other taxes are added where the law requires.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal, by PayPal account or debit/credit card. We never see or store your full card details. Payments for work agreed in a Proposal are due as stated in the Proposal or invoice.
  • You receive an order confirmation by email and a tax invoice for what you buy.
  • Discount codes apply only as described when they are offered, can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Newsletter welcome codes: when you confirm a newsletter subscription, we email you a personal code worth between 5% and 10% off (the amount is chosen at random). It can be used once, only with the email address it was sent to as the billing email, within 30 days, and cannot be combined with other codes. Each email address receives one welcome code.

7. eM Client licences and other third-party products

  • We sell genuine eM Client business licences as an authorized partner. eM Client is made by eM Client s.r.o., and your use of the software is governed by its end-user licence agreement, which you accept when you install and activate it.
  • Licences are per user / licence: one for each person who uses eM Client on Windows or macOS. The mobile apps are free.
  • A Subscription for Business licence runs for one year. It does not renew or charge you automatically through our website: we contact you before it ends so you can choose whether to renew.
  • A one-time Business licence covers the current major version. Business with Lifetime upgrades also covers future major versions for as long as eM Client offers them.
  • Business email and domain setup. When you order email or domain setup with your licences (Hostinger Business Email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Exchange Online), our price is a one-time fee for setting up the mailboxes, domain and DNS only. The mailbox subscriptions (monthly or annual) and the domain registration are not included: they are set up on your own account with the provider, and you pay them directly to Hostinger, Google or Microsoft at the provider's current price, which can change at any time. We do not resell these subscriptions. A new domain can only be registered if it is available; if it is already registered, reserved or blocked by another business or party, we suggest alternatives before registering anything. Moving existing email from another provider is quoted separately.
  • New Business packages. Launch, Grow and Established are one-time fees for registering or connecting your domain, building your website to the scope listed for the package, and setting up your mailboxes. The domain, website, hosting and mailboxes are set up in your company's name on your own accounts, and you pay the domain registration, hosting and mailbox subscriptions directly to the providers at their current prices. Delivery times are estimates and start once we have your content (texts, logo, photos and the names for the mailboxes). Writing your content, designing a logo and pages beyond the package are quoted separately.
  • The same applies to other third-party products and platforms we supply, configure or resell, such as cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle, Google), email services (Hostinger, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), domains, hosting, SSL certificates and software. Their own terms and service levels apply, and we are not responsible for their outages, price changes or product decisions.

8. Cancellations and refunds

We want you to be satisfied, and we deal with cancellations fairly:

  • Services, before work starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund, minus any third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf and cannot recover (for example domain registrations or licences bought for you).
  • Services, after work has started: you can cancel at any time. You pay for the work done up to the cancellation and for any committed third-party costs, and we refund the rest.
  • Completed services: delivered work is not refundable. If something we delivered does not match what we agreed, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right at no extra cost.
  • eM Client licences: you can cancel for a full refund until we issue your licence key. Once the key has been issued, refunds follow eM Client's own refund policy, and we will pass your request on and help you with it.
  • Additional work: a paid request for additional work follows the same rules as the service it belongs to.
  • Domains, SSL certificates and other registrations: these cannot be refunded once registered or issued.
  • Managed support: can be ended with 30 days' notice, as set out in section 5. Months already started are not refunded.

To cancel or ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days. If you buy as a consumer, these rules do not take away any rights the law of your country gives you.

9. Confidentiality and your data

We keep confidential any business information you share with us, and we use it only to deliver your services. When our work gives us access to your systems or to personal data you hold (for example mailboxes, user directories or files), we handle that data only on your instructions, keep access to the people who need it, and do not use it for anything else. We can sign a data processing agreement or a non-disclosure agreement on request.

How we handle personal data collected through the website is explained in our Privacy Policy, which also covers the cookies we use.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its content (text, design, graphics and logos) belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party names and logos, such as eM Client, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle and Google, belong to their owners and appear only to describe the products we work with.

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you (for example configurations, scripts, documents and websites), except for third-party components and our own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. We grant you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use those as part of your deliverables. We may reuse general knowledge and skills gained during a project, but never your confidential information.

11. Our responsibility to you

  • We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with good industry practice and the agreed scope.
  • The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always online.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party products, platforms or services, by information or access you gave us that was wrong or incomplete, or by events outside our reasonable control (section 13).
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data that a reasonable backup would have protected.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or project is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or project in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website, your account or a service if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, do not pay amounts that are due, or use our services unlawfully. Either side may end a project by written notice if the other seriously breaks the agreement and does not fix it within 14 days of being asked. Sections 8 to 11 and 15 continue to apply after the end of any agreement.

13. Events outside our control

Neither side is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, outages at cloud and software providers, government action, war or cyber-attacks. The affected side will tell the other promptly and do what it reasonably can to limit the effect.

14. Third-party websites

The website links to other websites, such as eM Client and our technology partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first, so please contact us. If we cannot agree, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you.

16. General

  • Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date. Orders already placed stay under the version you accepted.
  • Notices. We may contact you by email at the address you gave us, and you can contact us at [email protected]. Notices by email count as written notices.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business, as long as your rights are not reduced.
  • Severability and waiver. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any Proposal and the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us for your order.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.
