What does AI & Automation include?
An AI readiness assessment, workflow automation (Power Automate, n8n), AI chatbots and assistants, Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI integration, document and data processing, and reporting dashboards. Plans start from $1,000 excl. VAT.

What is a centralization solution?
One place to manage and protect every device in your organization: antivirus, remote monitoring and management (RMM), patching, software deployment and backup. It is priced per user, so we quote it after a short survey.

Do you set up websites and professional email?
Yes. Our hosting package covers domain registration, control panel management, shared or premium hosting, SSL certificates, professional email, and website design and development.

How much do your services cost?
Prices start from $500 for consultation, $400 for hosting, $800 for cloud and $1,000 for AI & automation. Centralization is quoted per user. The final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed after the requirement survey.

Are prices in USD, and is VAT included?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. AED and QAR amounts are shown for reference only. We are VAT-registered in the UAE, so 5% VAT is added at checkout for UAE billing addresses.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with PayPal or a debit or credit card at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal, so we never see your card details.

Is there a discount for new customers?

Are there delivery charges, and will I receive an invoice?
There are no delivery charges, because all our services are delivered electronically. You receive an order confirmation by email, and invoices for the services you choose.
Process & support
What happens after I place an order or send an inquiry?
We reply within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., GMT+4). Next we run a survey and requirement analysis, then agree the project scope, timeline and price with you. Your first payment covers the consultation; any other fees are agreed as the work progresses.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The requirement survey gives you a clear timeline before work starts. If you need us to start sooner, choose Priority delivery for an extra 20%.

Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Choose one-off delivery with handover, or managed support from 10% of the setup price per month. Existing clients can sign in to the Client Portal for their documents.

Can I buy eM Client licences from you?
Yes. As an authorized partner we sell three licence types: Subscription for Business ($59.95), Business ($89.95) and Business with Lifetime upgrades ($199.95). All are per device, and our team can deploy them and migrate your mail.

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time licence?
A subscription renews yearly and always runs the latest version. A one-time licence covers the current major version for good; choose lifetime upgrades to get every future major version too.

Is the eM Client AI Add-on included?
Yes, with the Subscription for Business. One-time licences do not include it, but it can be added separately.

Can you move our existing mail to eM Client?
Yes. We install and set up eM Client across your team, configure the accounts, and move your mail, calendars and contacts from your current email client.

Do the eM Client mobile apps need a licence?
No. The iOS and Android apps are free. Business licences are only needed for each Windows or macOS computer.
